While PartsRec does not allow duplicate invoice numbers to be uploaded, we are aware that Acura/Honda does use duplicate invoice numbers. For that reason, you can upload these invoices with a couple of extra steps.
Should a duplicate invoice number be detected, the cloud will turn orange when the upload is complete, and you will see the invoice number listed as Duplicate. Click on the duplicate invoice number.
A “create invoice” modal will pop up. Here, you can edit the invoice number to allow the upload. Best practice here is to use a dash and the two-digit year. Since this invoice is being uploaded in 2025, append the invoice with a -25. Click the green Save button.
The invoice will successfully be uploaded with the corrected invoice number.
