How PartsRec Tracks and Generates Dirty Cores
- If you bill out a part with a core and choose the CDK prompt not to charge the core, a dirty core will be generated once the RO closes.
- If you bill out a part with a core and then add a line to the RO removing the core labeled "core return," a dirty core will be generated at the same time the transaction occurred.
- If you bill out a part with a core and override the core cost to $0.00, a dirty core will be generated at the same time the override transaction occurred.
- If you bill out a part with a core and then issue a credit memo to the customer for the core return, a dirty core will be generated on the date the CM was issued.
